6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts in the same name as the registered jil56 account. jil56 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply, subject to account status and PAGCOR guidelines.

13.4 jil56 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free platform access. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability. jil56 will endeavour to restore service as promptly as practicable.

14.2 jil56 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules, as well as applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.

15.3 Complaints regarding jil56's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be directed to PAGCOR's Player Relations Office in addition to jil56's internal dispute resolution process.
16.1 jil56 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on jil56.app with a "Last Updated" date clearly indicated.
